Tres Leches Cakes

Your choice of a small or large tres leches decorated with herbs, flowers, and gold leaf.

Small cakes are $40 (serve 6-10) and large cakes are $70 (serve 10-16)

Each size cake is 6”. The small cake is two layers of cake and feeds 6-10 people. The large cake is three layers of cake and feeds 10-16 people.
We can discuss the local fruits together and pick a fruit that fits your tastes.
Each cake is frosted with vanilla and honey Italian buttercream with layers of house made local jam.
Jam flavors include: strawberry, rhubarb, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, peach, nectarine, and any combination of the above jams.
Each cake will be decorated with herbs and flowers from the garden plus fresh fruit and gold leaf if available.

Flan

6 inch flans are $20 and serve 4-8

9inch flans are $30 and serve 8-12

Your choice of vanilla, chocolate, café con leche, or garden grown lemongrass.
Each flan can have flower petals or gold leaf upon request.
