FAQ

What pastries do you make?
I make pan dulce, which means sweet bread in Spanish. This includes pastries from Nicaragua, Mexico, El Salvador, Cuba, and beyond. My focus is on Latin and Hispanic pastries like conchas, pastelitos, Nicaraguan picos, and postres (desserts) like tres leches, flan, and more.
-
Where are your pastries made?
All pastries are made in a Virginia Department of Agriculture inspected and approved home based business basement kitchen.
-
Are your pastries tree nut free?
Yes and no. I have a tree nut allergy, which means that all pan dulce, cakes, flan, pastries, donuts, and confections made by @bakernobakery are tree nut free.
Though, if you count coconut as a tree nut, everything may contain traces of coconut as I use coconut oil in the kitchen.
I sometimes use sesame products and sunflower seeds in my baking but all equipment used is thoroughly cleaned in between item production.
