This little panadería focuses on latin and hispanic postres (desserts) and pan dulce (sweet bread), bridging international techniques through Virginian lenses, utilizing local flour, backyard eggs, and local produce.

There are 10 garden beds that are cultivated for flowers and herbs for hyperlocal produce, and the backyard chickens do their best to contribute to the weekly dough production.

bakernobakery works with local producers like Wade’s Mill, Agriberry Farm, Jam According to Daniel, Carter Mountain Orchard, Chiles Peach Orchard, Crazy Farm, Longbottom Farm, Bellair Farm, and Whisper Hill Farm.
